3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on the nara4d Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You areat least 21 years of age. nara4d strictly prohibits the registration or use of its Platform by persons under 21 years old. Age verification documents may be requested at any time.
• You are registering and acting on your own behalf as an individual natural person, and not on behalf of any third party, corporate entity, or syndicate.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any legal incapacity under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by law and where participation would constitute a criminal offence.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or contractor of nara4d or any of its affiliated game studio or payment processing partners.
• You do not currently have an active account on the Platform, and you have not previously been excluded or banned from the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only, not as a source of income or financial support.

4 Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration

Each Player may holdone account only on the Platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, identity documents, payment methods, or device profiles — is strictly prohibited. nara4d reserves the right to use technical and third-party verification measures to identify duplicate accounts.

During registration you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

4.2 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, nara4d requires all Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. Players may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A clear copy of a valid Malaysian MyKad (IC) or passport;
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account, bank statement header);
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted identity document, where required.

nara4d will process KYC submissions within one (1) business day under normal operating conditions. Withdrawals are held pending successful KYC clearance. nara4d may request updated or additional documentation at any time, including for enhanced due diligence purposes.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify nara4d immediately at[email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. nara4d will not be held liable for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain credential security.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

nara4d supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment methods: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). nara4d does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may impose their own fees independently.

5.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. As a general guide, e-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) carry a minimum ofRM10, while bank transfers and FPX carry a minimum of RM30. Maximum single deposit limits apply per transaction. Players may set personal deposit limits via their account settings at any time as part of our responsible gambling tools.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• DuitNow: Within 5 minutes under normal conditions;
• Touch 'n Go eWallet / Boost / GrabPay: Within 5–15 minutes;
• FPX / Bank Transfer (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong): 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on the receiving bank;
• During peak periods or for enhanced verification cases: Up to 24 hours.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) KYC verification must be completed; (b) any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds; (c) the withdrawal amount must not exceed any applicable maximum withdrawal limits stated on promotion pages; (d) nara4d reserves the right to conduct additional due diligence on withdrawal requests exceding MYR 10,000 or flaged by automated risk controls.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by nara4d are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players who have completed KYC verification and are aged 21 years or older;
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal;
• Standard wagering requirements range from 10× to 30× the bonus amount. The specific multiplier for each promotion is stated on the promotion page;
• Whilst bonus funds are active, the maximum permitted bet per round is MYR 250. Bets exceeding this limit during active bonus play may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winings;
• Slot games typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10%–20%. Sports betting contributions vary by promotion;
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity window (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from credit date);
• nara4d reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited and actively being wagered at the time of withdrawal will be honoured in accordance with the terms in place at the time of credit.

6.2 Migration Bonus

Players migrating from another platform may be eligible for a migration bonus of up to MYR 588, subject to tier verification via screenshots from the previous platform and completion of KYC on nara4d. Migration bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of 15× and a maximum cash-out of 5× the bonus amount. Full migration programme terms are available from our support team.

7 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games and betting markets available on the nara4d Platform operate according to the individual game rules displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game or betting market before placing a wager.

7.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting on nara4d covers a wide range of markets including but not limited to: Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, La Liga, Bundesliga, UFC, and esports. The following conditions apply to all sports bets:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed;
• In the event of an event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, nara4d's settlement rules (published within the sportsbook) shall apply;
• Mix Parlay bets require all selections to be settled as winners for the combined bet to win. One void selection typically reduces the parlay accordingly;
• nara4d reserves the right to void bets placed in error (e.g., incorrectly priced markets) or where technical faults are identified.

7.2 Casino Games

All RNG-based casino games are certified by independent third-party testing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available for all slot titles. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game instruments operated by trained dealers in real time. nara4d does not guarantee any specific return or outcome for any individual Player.

7.3 4D Lottery

4D lottery draws and results are governed by the specific4D game rules displayed within the game interface. Results are final once published. Disputes must be submitted within 24 hours of the draw result being published.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nara4d Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referal to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain any advantage;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or miscalculations in games or odds to place bets that would not have been accepted under correct operating conditions;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: arbitrage betting with bonus funds, systematic exploitation of promotional terms, or coordinated multi-account bonus claiming;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. nara4d is obligated to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities under its licensing obligations;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure or security systems;
• Providing false information during registration, KYC, or any other verification process;
• Using payment methods not registered in the Player's own legal name;
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.

9 Responsible Gambling

nara4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools that allow Players to maintain control over their gambling activity. The Platform is intended solely for entertainment purposes and is strictly for players aged 21 years and above.

Player protection tools available via your account settings include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a mandatory24-hour cooling period;
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you may lose within a defined period. Betting is automatically paused once the limit is reached;
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations after which you will be logged out automatically;
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen notifications showing your session duration and net financial position;
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary suspension (24 hours to 6 months) or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests submitted via live chat are processed within one hour, 24/7. Permanent self-exclusion is irevocable.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the nara4d Platform — including but not limited to the nara4d name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, databases, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of nara4d or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit: copying, reproducing, or distributing any Platform content; creating derivative works based on Platform content; or using any nara4d trademarks or branding without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of nara4d intellectual property may result in account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal legal proceedings.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nara4d and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any services, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond nara4d's reasonable control (including force majeure events);
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of a Player's account or data resulting from the Player's failure to maintain account security;
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of odds, game results, or statistical data displayed on the Platform.

In any event, nara4d's total aggregate liability to any individual Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their nara4d account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by Player

A Player may close their account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course, and any active wagering requirements must be settled. Accounts with outstanding disputes cannot be closed until the dispute is resolved.

12.2 Suspension or Termination by nara4d

nara4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate a Player's account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Provision of false or misleading registration information;
• A Player subsequently being found to be under 21 years of age;
• A Player being identified as a resident of a Restricted Territory;
• Conduct deemed harmful to other Players, nara4d staff, or the integrity of the Platform.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination for breach: (a) all bonus funds and associated winnings shall be forfeited; (b) nara4d may retain verified deposited funds pending investigation; (c) the Player's licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Sections covering Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law shall survive account termination.

13 Privacy & Data

nara4d collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with itsPrivacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC processes (including Malaysian IC numbers, passport details, and payment method information) is used solely for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. nara4d does not sell personal data to third parties.

Players may exercise their data rights — including rights of access, correction, and deletion — by submitting a request to [email protected]. Requests will be processed within 30 days of receipt.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which nara4d holds its international online gaming licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through nara4d's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant licensing authority.

For the avoidance of doubt, these Terms do not constitute a submission to the jurisdiction of Malaysian domestic courts, and nara4d makes no representation that the Platform or its services are lawful or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction. Players access the Platform at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws.

15 Amendments

nara4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, nara4d will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will display the revised effective date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not accept the revised Terms, they must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.1.
